I wanted to personally THANK YOU for everything you did to help us organize our President’s Club trip this year. You did an awesome job with all the details and helping our employees have a great overall experience.

More specifically, you did a lot of little details that really make trips like this very memorable. Things like the great communication and attitude while planning the trip, the bottle of wine in our rooms, the shirt and robe you had prepared, the help desk availability for all our employees, the willingness to go shopping for us, the loaning of your car to my staff., the video presentation on the final night, and the CD you gave each employee. These are just a few of the little touches you did that made this trip great. There wre many more positive things but you get the idea. My only complaint this trip is that Phil and I did not find you and your company about 5 years ago for our previous trips.

You have my promis and commitment that I will personally give you glowing reviews to Wayne Wilkinson at Toshiba corporate and see if I can influence who they use for all their future trips. I am pretty sure the next trip is already planned, but I will still try to get you in sooner than later. Additionally, I will also refer you to other companies as the opportunity arises. You earned my respect and I will always use you in the future whenever possible.

Thank you again for helping Phil and I make this trip an awesome one. I heard nothing but positive things from my entire staff this past week and that is a major accomplishment. They may be fun and crazy, but they are also very high maintenance and sometimes hard to please. You succeeded in pleasing everyone and I appreciate your efforts.

Thanks for multi-year unforgettable incentive experiences in America, the Caribbean, and Mexico. Every year my sales team looks forward to President’s Club trips. We have never had so many sales people meet and beat their quota so that they and their spouses can take another unforgettable trip. Your rapid follow-up trip videos get copied and copied. They are on every employee’s personal home computer and the computers of mothers, dads, brothers, sisters and others.. Spouses can review their exciting trips every day and every evening push their “other” half to sell more for the next trip. I always heard that travel motivates better than money. You have proven it!!

Mike, thanks. Again this year you did an outstanding job with our Presidents’ Club trip. You and your team made us feel special every step of the way. From your cordial "escorting" us onto the plane in Denver to your outstanding after-trip individual videos and everything in between, your made our experience memorable.

In return for your exceptionally hard work, I am working hard to give other companies in my industry a chance to benefit from your services. I introduced you to DLL and I will continue to push them to expand their programs with you. I have just been elected to the Board of Directors for CDA and will work hard to get you invited to present at our spring, 2008 program.
